my women, 2005-2010

Hayley - It was the fireworks at Eaglewood just after freshman year. Everyone dared me. It had to be done. You turned around and I quickly closed the deal. You didn't have a choice. I'm sorry.

Sam - You were attractive, we made out during spin the bottle at a Halloween party, but I was still awkward and under-developed back then so we never really connected on a normal-friendship level.

Miranda - You were two years older than me and could drive. We talked a lot about Jim Morrison and the 60s and free spirited philosophies. I was so shy when you touched my leg, I didn't know what to do. You dropped me off at my house, I got out and walked around to your window, asked, "can I...uh..um..can I kiss you?" you nodded and we kissed and then I asked, "...um...am I...am I good kisser?" I'm sorry I was so awkward.

Sandra - you came in the cafeteria and started interviewing random people for a survey you were doing for a class. I told my click of friends that if you came over to our table and asked me do the survey, I would ask you on a date. We did Applebees, then watched Bridge to Terabithia. It was a lame movie. I was nervous and really liked you and we never reached a level of attraction because of that. You were "out of my league".

Karen - You helped me experience inebriation for the first time after Junior Prom. We made out at that party, although Cj was your date and Corynn was mine.

Kaitlyn - We had our first conversation at that same party after Junior Prom. I took you and Michael and Emily and Trevor to Oceans Thirteen the following month, June,2007, a time when weed was prominent in my life. I called you and apologized a year later for kissing you stoned. It was rude of me.

Lauren B. - I saw you at the WX christmas dance senior year, you and a friend snuck in, you don't go to WX; you go to Bounitful. I quickly put my phone in your hand and said, "I need your number", while still kind of dancing. We went to the next WX dance together. I was insecure and thought you were out of my league so I put on a "Bad/Tough" mentality cuz I thought it would increase my chances. It definitely did not.

Whitney - You came over with Seth and hung out with us that second semester at the V.O.P. Eventually you and Seth broke up. Two weeks later, Matt, Sarah, you and I watched Pineapple Express and you stayed the night. We made out. You and Seth got back together a week later.

Lauren - My biggest crush thus far. Probably because you were so "hard to get". For me at least. First year you abhorred me. Then slowly but surely as we hung out more you discovered an attraction that lead us to go "star-gazing" a couple dozen times that summer of 2009. You were small, blonde, and perfect.

Joy - You approached me in psychology. We went to a haunted house together. We kissed in your hot tub. We didn't really talk after that.

Emily - You approached me at a party and told me my glasses were "really, really sexy". I'm convinced if I didn't wear my glasses that night, you, your friend, and I wouldn't have hooked-up.

Lindsey - I came up to you after Geology and asked, "are you single?", you kind of chuckled and said "ya..", I said, "you want to go out on a date?", you said, "..um, ok." and we exchanged numbers. Met at starbucks, then went to Fantastic Mr. Fox at the dollar movies. It was a pleasant date. We went on a few more, kissed a few times, but nothing really happened.

Danielle - We've been friends since 2000. I hadn't really been attracted to you until about a year ago. We became close friends and got sushi a lot. I died my hair brown and then the light just switched on for you. We kissed a few times before your 20th birthday so that we could joke, "oh ya well we were young teenagers that didn't know better". I kept it a secret until I got back from Dallas and Mike told me you told everyone. So it's fine for me to tell everyone now.

Bambi - You were at the first rave I went to in Dallas. You were the expert on E and answered every paranoid question I had. About an hour after taking some you sat me down on the couch and asked If I had a girlfriend. I said no. You immediately took action, and that was hott.
